The corrosion and scale inhibitor JX-8100ZG4 is mainly composed of special interfacial active agents, high-efficiency dispersants, corrosion inhibitors, etc., and is suitable for systems with low hardness as cooling media such as softened water. Soft water does not contain calcium or magnesium ions, so scaling does not occur. Therefore, corrosion inhibition becomes the main problem. Many corrosion inhibitors use divalent cations such as Ca2+and Mg2+in chelated water to form a protective film on the metal surface, thereby exerting a corrosion inhibition effect. Due to the extremely low levels of Ca2+and Mg2+in soft water, corrosion inhibition in soft water is much more difficult than in other water qualities. Based on extensive experimental screening, we have selected JX-8100ZG4, a green and environmentally friendly carbon steel corrosion and scale inhibitor specifically designed for softened water. It is a hybrid corrosion inhibitor that mainly inhibits metal polarization to achieve corrosion inhibition. Corrosion and scale inhibitor JX-8100ZG4 does not contain toxic substances such as nitrite and chromate, and does not pollute the environment. The corrosion and scale inhibitor JX-8100ZG4 has a much lower corrosion rate on carbon steel than the national standard when used normally.

Add the daily required corrosion and scale inhibitor JX-8100ZG4 into the plastic dosing bucket (or box). For ease of use, dilute it with soft water and continuously add the agent at the inlet of the circulation pump (i.e. the outlet of the collection tank) using a metering pump or by adjusting the valve. The dosing concentration is generally 30-70ppm (based on the amount of supplementary water).

Corrosion and scale inhibitor JX-8100ZG4 is packaged in plastic drums, 25kg/drum or determined according to user needs; The storage period is ten months.
